Play kitchen

Hey everybody! I'm here to write a post on the kitchen area we made, as I said I would in the last post. I started out by clearing off a waist-high shelf, you could also use the first two shelves of a bookshelf, so just use something similar to that. The next thing I did was take two pieces of paper and draw two circles on each paper. I then placed the paper on the top part of the shelf to act as burners. I got a small plastic tub to use as a sink. For the final touch I used some pretend food, pots and pans and filled the lower shelf with them. If you don't have play food, you could use things like large beads. If you do use beads as a substitute, supervise the child when they play in the kitchen. That's all for today, I hope you enjoyed the post, and if you made the kitchen, I hope your child enjoys it.

Until next time

Welcome!

Welcome to Crafts with Tots!
I am Ali, a big sister, and I love doing crafts and things with my little brother, Mr. Turtle.
Recently, after creating a simple kitchen from things we had around the house (I will write a post about that soon) I realized that it was something lots of people can do to entertain their toddler, along with other things we like to do. So, I consulted my mom, and then began this blog. Some of the things are things you would do a lot, some of them may be one-time crafts, but soon you and your child will never run out of things to do.

Until next time,
-Ali
